Gov. Jared Polis accelerated the state’s fight to slow the spread of the new coronavirus Monday, ordering bars and restaurants to cease dine-in service and for large gathering spaces such as theaters, casinos and gyms to close statewide.
The order is until April 30th.
“These establishments can remain open but that’s for take-out, delivery and room service,” Polis said of restaurants.
Please bare with us during this trying time as we are also working our hardest to comply and adjust to the current situation. We encourage you to remember that we are all in this together.
Our goal is to adhere to all CDC recommendations and try and continue with business as usual but completely different.
We will continue to offer take-out as we sift through our options as we don't deliver yet. However, that may change. So we ask the community of Fort Collins in which we have been serving the "BEST SUSHI" in town since 2013 to think not only about us but our fellow small business restaurants throughout our beautiful city.
JAWS sushi strives to remain a staple in the community. Remember if you are sick or feeling sick PLEASE do not waltz right down with symptoms send someone else to pick-up your food as we are all trying to slow this virus. Or wait a few until you feel better as we will still be here for all your sushi needs!!!
We are going to feel this out and constantly adjust as we go with the flow. Remember to wash your hands often, don't touch your face, remember to breath. Flatten the curve.
Thanks for anyone who will be able to support us during this difficult time. As we will be doing our part to show support of our fellow Fort Collins Chefs, Cooks, Servers, Hosts, Dishwashers and owners trying to just get by. Also, thank you for being a part of the JAWS sushi family.

The State of Colorado has allowed restaurants to sell alcohol to customers as a way to help offset the dilema that we are all in. So please feel free to order a bottle of cold sake, wine, or bottled beers.
